We are NICEIC approved, fully qualified city and guilds and work to British Standards BS 7671
If you have an older property which hasn’t been tested for a few years it would be worth considering having a periodic inspection, warning signs that you may need a rewire could be experiencing slight shocks from switches and sockets, fuses tripping or have damaged or exposed worn cable, if any of these are the case you should contact a qualified Electrician.

We strive to ensure the workmanship of our tradespeople lives up to your expectations – and ours. Our goal is always your 100% satisfaction. However, we understand that there can be rare occasions where our work doesn’t meet the expected standards. On these rare occasions we will come out and rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Due to the nature of certain works or repairs, such as drain blockages, we are unable to provide the 12-month labour guarantee. This will be clearly marked on your invoice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask one of our friendly call centre team.
Your electrics should be inspected and tested every:
- 10 years for an owner-occupied home.
- 5 years for a rented home.
- 3 years for a caravan.
- 1 year for a swimming pool.
Other times when a periodic inspection should be carried out are:
- When a property is being prepared for letting.
- Before selling a property or buying a previously-occupied property.
Yes we are accredited with the NICEIC. We are also approved contractors with the private rental sector scheme (PRS) and OZEV scheme allowing us to apply for a grant of up to £350 for electric vehicle to be installed at your home under the House Charging Scheme
